Book Review - Famous 5 - Five Have a Wonderful Time

Summary:

Dick, Julian, Anne, George and Timmy the dog make the Famous Five. In this book, they are going on holiday on a caravan. A circus comes to the same field the five are in. The circus hated children, so they shooed the five away. But Jo, their friend saves the day!! She was a nephew of one of the circus performers. She tells them how kind the five had been to her (but that’s another story) and the circus let’s the five in. After that, their adventure begins!

They see the face of the recently vanished scientist Terry Kane in a window in a tower nearby. They go to investigate and find a secret passage that leads up to where the Terry is. With the help of the circus, they save the scientist and call the police.

Why I liked this book:

I like this book as it has adventure in it. Adventure books are my favourite. Also, Enid Blyton creates suspense and suspense is the main ingredient to a great book. Enid Blyton is very creative to and creativeness makes an even better book.

This book is great, and you’ll like it too!!!
